Ende September is a Berlin-based rock band founded in 2019, consisting of James Kreutzmüller (guitar, vocals), Johan Grüner (guitar), Asja Sieben (bass, vocals), and Bruno Große (drums). They mainly combine grunge with post-punk and psychedelic rock, and are known for their passionate and high-energy performance style paired with meaningful lyrics that deal with passion, frustration, vulnerability, confusion, love, and hate. The distillate of all these ingredients ranges from raw head-banging hard rock to quiet and emotionally staggering ballads. Wild but at the same time gentle, but yet always sharp and honest.
After being a live band for many years, they finally released their first singles on Purple Eternity Records.
