To commemorate the fifth anniversary of Aaron Levin Harder‘s concert show “Another Night Alone”, Purple Eternity Records presents an expanded reissue of the eponymous live album which features the new 2021 remaster of the complete 9-track album, remastered studio demos of all songs that have been performed at the concert, and the previously unreleased director’s cut of the accompanying concert film. The Deluxe Edition is presented as a exclusive triple disc 2CD/1DVD limited edition set featuring a 36-page booklet with liner-notes and photography, and as a digital download virtual box-set with audio in lossless FLAC and video in 1080p full HD, accompanied with complete artwork and a 30-page digital booklet. The audio from the studio demos has been remastered by Aldtie Mann, who also originally mastered the Another Night Alone album, while the director’s cut of the concert film features the new 2021 audio remaster that is also used for the album.
In celebration of Aaron Levin Harder‘s 25th birthday on October 22, 2021, the 2CD/1DVD set is limited to only 25 handnumbered copies, while the download of the digital version is only available for 25 days.
Experienced as a complete package, ‘Another Night Alone – 5th Anniversary Deluxe Edition‘ provides an immersive view of Harder’s most pivotal and crucial live performance, which can be seen as the starting point and centerpiece of his creative output during his time as a blues musician.
